Mark Fisher has been in the civil engineering and GIS world for 25 years.   A native of Hershey, he lives downtown with his 2 cats, and his son.  

"FISH" - as most know him  - expertise includes using drones to capture imagery and video, mapping information, rooftop investigations, and asset inspections.     
Fish loves to kayak  - although not a fisherman despite the nickname - and can often be found on summer weekends somewhere on the Swatara Creek, Susquehanna River, or on a lake in the area.     

You make recognize "Fish" from the volleyball court, too, since he is an official from every level from beginners to Division 1 athletes.
